How is my BMC bike delivered?

All BMC bikes are shipped in our specialized 'Ready to Ride' boxes. Our technicians pre-assemble and tune each bike before shipping; you will only need to straighten the handlebars and install the pedals.

What is the warranty period on carbon frames?

We provide a standard 3-year warranty on all frames. By registering your bike in the BMC Companion app within 30 days of purchase, you can extend this warranty to 5 years.

Can I return a bike if it is the wrong size?

Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for bikes in new, unused condition. We recommend using our online Sizing Guide or contacting our support team before purchase to ensure the perfect fit.

Do you offer international shipping?

BMC Switzerland AG ships directly to most countries in Europe, North America, and Oceania. For regions not covered by our direct store, please use our 'Find a Dealer' tool to locate your nearest authorized retailer.
